Indus Towers Partners with NEAID to Aid Flood Affected Communities in Assam, Manipur and Tripura

Guwahati, July 9, 2025:  Amid the devastating floods that had swept across Northeast India, one of the world’s largest telecom infrastructure companies—demonstrated its unwavering commitment to community support during times of crisis.  Under its flagship Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiative, Pragati, the company distributed 1,030 dry ration kits to families in some of the most severely impacted regions, including Cachar in Assam, Imphal in Manipur, and several remote areas of Tripura.

This humanitarian effort was carried out in collaboration with the Northeast Centre for Equity Action on Integrated Development (NEAID). Indus Towers employees were actively present on the ground, assisting with the distribution and offering support to affected families, reinforcing the company’s ethos of compassion and community resilience
