Assam Rifles conducted a prerecruitment training programme for 31 local youths to assist and guide them in preparation for upcoming recruitment rallies of the Indian Army and Assam Rifles.
This initiative was aimed at enabling the local youth by enhancing their physical fitness, written examination preparation and overall awareness about the recruitment process. The training included physical endurance sessions, classroom instructions and mock tests designed to prepare candidates for the recruitment procedures.
By extending support through structured training, Assam Rifles reaffirmed its commitment to assisiting local talent and promoting employment opportunities among the youth in remote and underserved regions.
The initiative is expected to instil confidence and discipline in the aspirants enabling them to undertake the recruitment process with greater confidence.
