Assam Rifles conducted a successful medical camp in Mongbung village of Jiribam District on 26 June 2025. The camp, aimed at enhancing the health and well-being of the local population and witnessed participation from the village and surrounding communities. The event saw enthusiastic participation by villagers from the adjoining villages.
The medical camp brought together a professional medical team which provided free consultations, essential medicines, and health awareness sessions. The medical camp focused on addressing primary healthcare needs and offering preventive care guidance and emphasized the importance of community well-being.
The event was attended by a total of 117 individuals including 41 men, 53 women and 23 children. Villagers expressed their gratitude, appreciating the efforts of Assam Rifles to bring healthcare services directly to their doorstep. The event also fostered a spirit of unity among the attendees. Assam Rifles remains steadfast in its mission to serve and uplift communities across the region through various outreach programs.
