● Assam Rifles celebrated World Heart Day with great enthusiasm in Nungba, Noney District. A health awareness session was conducted, focusing on the importance of heart health, prevention of cardiovascular diseases, and adoption of a healthy lifestyle.
An interactive session was also held, where medical professionals answered questions and provided guidance on maintaining a healthy heart. A class was organised for school students on CPR. The event promoted healthy habits, such as regular exercise, balanced diet, and stress management, to reduce the risk of heart diseases.
