Lokra Battalion of Assam Rifles organised lec on Psychological Counselling and Wellness

Lokra Battalion of Assam Rifles under the aegis of HQ 21 SECT/IGAR(E) organised lec on Psychological Counselling and Wellness on 11 June 2022 at Lokra garrison, Dist Sonitpur, Assam.
The lec was conducted by Dr Sehnaj Ahmed (Clinical Psychologist) practicing at Tezpur Medical College.
The aim of the lec was to make combatants aware about techniques of the stress management and ways to follow a harmonious lifestyle.
Contemporary issues like ADS, high BP and marital discord along with the ways to avoid such problems were also discussed by the psychologist.
