YOGA SHIVIR CONDUCTED BY TPS OF LOKRA BN ON 14 SEP 2022

Lokra Battalion under the aegis of Headquarter 21 Sector Assam Rifles and Headquarter Inspector General Assam Rifles (East), as part of Fit India Movement conducted a Yoga Shivir at Lokra Garrison on 14 Sep 22, Yoga instructors from the battalion conducted yoga for troops of Lokra battalion and locals residing around the garrison. The attendees were also briefed on importance of yoga and it’s contribution towards maintaining physical fitness. 18 locals and & 147 troops of Lokra battalion participated in the event. The conduct of the shivir was highly appreciated by the locals
