ASSAM RIFLES EVACUATES CRITICAL PATIENT FROM PHAITOL, JIRIBAM

■ On 27 Feb 25, Assam Rifles, in a humanitarian gesture provided critical assistance to a resident of Phaitol village in Jiribam District and exhibited it’s commitment towards community welfare.

A 75 yrs old woman suffered a concussion and needed urgent medical intervention.
Responding swiftly, Assam Rifles facilitated emergency evacuation from Phaitol, Jiribam to Noble Care Hospital, Lakhipur, Assam ensuring the individual gets timely medical assistance.

The prompt action of the troops saved the life of the person which was deeply appreciated by local community, reinforcing Assam Rifles’ role as the Sentinels of the Northeast.
