Moreh in Battalion of Assam Rifles aegis of IGAR (South) Nagaland have been recovered huge quantity of explosives and warlike stores while carrying out domination of Indo-Myanmar border ,official sources said .
While carrying out an area domination patrol along the IMB, the alert troops of Assam Rifles detected well concealed boxes hidden inside thick foliage. On closer inspection, a large number of prefabricated Improvised Explosive Device (IED) weighing approx 250 Kg were recovered along with a large quantum of other explosives and war like stores.
The recovered explosives were handed over to Moreh Police Station for further necessary legal action.
