In the latest development, Dispur police re-arrested former Miss India finalist Rajkanya Baruah on Wednesday.

A 6-members Medical Board of the GMCH examined accused Rajkanya Baruah at GNRC earlier on Wednesday. As per the Medical Board, she ‘faked’ her illness. The Medical Board stated, she had ‘no serious injuries’ that needed her to get admitted into a hospital.
Police likely to questioning Doctor and Authority from GNRC for allegedly ‘protecting’ accused Rajkanya Baruah. Police will re-investigate the matter now following the arrest.
