ASSAM RIFLES ORGANISED WPN & EQPT DISPLAY PROGRAM AT NIT SILCHAR
Srikona Battalion of HQ 21 Sector Assam Rifles under the aegis of Headquarters Inspector General Assam Rifles (East) organised a two day Wpn & Eqpt Display program as part of ARMY EXPO in Tecnoesis 2022*, the largest techno management festival in Northeast India organised by NIT Silchar on 21 & 22 Oct 2022.
The two day event attracted a pleathora of armed force enthisiasts. The students were educated with latest state of art weapons & equipments held with the Assam Rifles along with demos and hands on experience of handling them. The budding technorats were also motivated to join the armed forces to through various available career avenues.
The two day event saw a overwhelming participation of more than 3000 students from NIT Silchar & Assam University and other colleges of Northeast India.
