■ In a significant step toward enhancing security and fostering cooperation, a meeting was conducted on 25 Aug 2025 with Civil Society Organizations (CSOs) from 22 villages of Boro Bekera subdivision and Pherzawl district.
The key agenda of the meeting were strengthening security measures, enhanced cooperation, community engagement, free movement of people and goods to and from Jiribam and conducting youth engagement programmes.
Assam Rifles highlighted the importance of community support in maintaining security and assured the participants of their continued assistance in addressing local issues, maintaining peace and working hand in hand with the community to achieve shared goals.
