Assam Rifles celebrated Children’s Day with great enthusiasm in Silchar, Kadamtala, Borobekra and Kaimai. The event aimed at celebrating the spirit of childhood through numerous entertaining programmes.
A total of 350 children and 28 teachers took part in the celebrations. The celebrations included various fun activities including games, movie screening, tree plantation, cake cutting followed by scrumptious meal designed to bring joy and excitement to the children.
Children from local schools and military garrison participated in the event, showcasing their talents and creativity. The celebration fostered a sense of unity and camaraderie between the security forces and the local community.
